Chemical peels can be used to used reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It works by applying glycolic acid, an alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA), which penetrates beneath the surface of the skin and stimulates cell regeneration. This stimulates collagen production, allowing for the improvement of fine lines and wrinkles. Also, it allows rapid shedding of the skin that helps diminish the appearance of sunspots and blemishes.

Glycolic acid peels can be repeated every 3 weeks. For optimal results, multiple treatments are required.

Remember to use sunscreen daily. Sun damage = wrinkles!
